warranty service is only offered to our AprFlyTech customers.

Is your drone protected by DJI Care?

Request the activation of the DJI Care Refresh Service directly at the following link and you will be contacted by the DJI support service.

OUT OF WARRANTY

Has the legal warranty expired or has your drone suffered damage not covered by the warranty? No problem, we will take care of your drone. Submit your request below ...

Forwarding
Request

Fill in and send the request  selecting the assistance mode.

Delivery of
product

Send or deliver the product to our Store.

Analysis and Repair

Confirm the quote and the product will be repaired.

Withdrawal of
product

once repaired, you can collect the product at our Store or receive it at home.

Conditions of the assistance service

  1. The repair estimate will be sent only  after the laboratory has received and analyzed the product.
     

  2. The costs of analysis and estimate are equal to € 70.00 + VAT, to be paid together with the forwarding of the request for repair. These costs will not be required in the case of products covered by a legal guarantee purchased from AprFlyTech Store srl
     

  3. Any shipments to our service center will be the responsibility of the customer.
     

  4. Once the estimate has been received, it will be possible to confirm and pay the repair costs.
    In case of refusal of the repair estimate, the drone can be collected by the customer at no additional cost.
