Cosa devo sapere, facciamo chiarezza:

Ho un attestato IT-STS convertito da un precedente CRO che mi scade il 02-12-2023 cosa devo fare:

ENAC mediante la "Disposizione GENDISP-DG-05/10/2023-0000073-P" - Estensione validità Attestati di Competenza di Pilota Remoto IT-STS fino al 31/12/2025 Link

L'attestato rimane valido sino a tale data, se non lo uso non devo fare niente, ma se lo uso devo conseguire:
- Corso UAS CRM conforme all'allegato M;
- Corso di gestione comunicazioni aeronautiche conforme all'allegato N
Quando scade cosa devo fare per conseguire STS europeo?
- Alla scadenza sosterrò l'esame teoria ENAC STS Proctored per il rilascio del nuovo attestato STS Europeo
- Addestramento pratico obbligatorio sullo scenario standard d’interesse (“accreditamento” per scenari EASA-STS);

Quando scade cosa devo fare per conseguire STS europeo?
- Alla scadenza sosterrò l'esame teoria STS Proctored presso un'entità riconosciuta sulla piattaforma di ENAC per il rilascio del nuovo attestato STS Europeo

Voglio conseguire un attestato STS EASA presso una RE riconosciuta cosa devo fare:

Certificato di Competenza di Pilota Remoto OPEN A1-A3 ;
Certificato di Conoscenza Teorica di Pilota Remoto (per scenari STS EASA);
- Esame di 30 domande su piattaforma OnLine di ENAC in modalità "Proctored" se ho conseguito Open A2, oppure
- Esame di 40 domande se non ho conseguito Open A2
Addestramento pratico obbligatorio sullo scenario standard d’interesse (“accreditamento” per scenari EASA-STS);

Quando scade cosa devo fare per conseguire STS europeo?
- Alla scadenza sosterrò l'esame teoria STS Proctored presso un'entità riconosciuta sulla piattaforma di ENAC per il rilascio del nuovo attestato STS Europeo

LG-2023/005-UAS Ed. 1 of 03/11/2023 – GUIDELINES FOR UAS PILOT CERTIFICATES AND PROCEDURES FOR RECOGNIZED ENTITIES in accordance with Reg. (EU) 2019/947

Art. 5.2 – Pilot Competencies for Operations in the Specific Category

A pilot operating UAS in the specific category must meet the competency requirements defined in the operational authorization issued by ENAC, in the standard scenario (national or EASA), or as defined by a LUC. They must possess at least the competencies outlined in Article 8, point 2, of Regulation 2019/947 and its subsequent amendments.

For Operational Authorizations:

Certificate of competence: OPEN A2 or STS theoretical knowledge certificate
Proof of completion of a CRM (Crew Resource Management) course
Demonstration of the ability to manage aeronautical communications
Additional theoretical and practical training (in line with the operational authorization issued, based on the Risk Assessment and ED Decision 2022/002/R – AMC1 and AMC2 to UAS.SPEC.050 (1)(d) and (1)(e))
Attendance of additional training modules for specific operational conditions in accordance with ED Decision 2022/002/R (AMC3 to UAS.SPEC.050 (1)(d) and (1)(e))

Art. 6 – VALIDITY, RENEWAL, REINSTATEMENT, SUSPENSION, AND REVOCATION

All certificates are valid for 5 years. Practical “accreditations” have no expiry.
Renewal:
In accordance with UAS.OPEN.070 (2)(b), renewal may be carried out starting 60 days prior to the expiry date by following the same procedure as for the initial issuance.
Reinstatement:
If a certificate expires, it may be reinstated under UAS.OPEN.070 (3).
During the reinstatement period, the pilot is authorized to operate UAS for a maximum of 60 days from the day after the certificate expires.
