APRFLYTECH "Recognized Entity" by the ENAC competent authority
Course dedicated to all those who want to operate correctly in the world of drones aware of the legislation and work safely.
Given the changes made to the ENAC regulation, the entry into force of the European regulation and the obligation to register for all OPERATORS and their UAS on the D-FLIGHT website, we decided to develop a 3-hour course to allow operators, future operators and pilots to work in compliance with the new regulations without incurring heavy penalties, including penalties.
At a time when the competent authorities choose to lower the level of training, theoretical and practical, it is up to each of us to try to train in the best possible way to present themselves on the market ready to satisfy customer requests, sure to offer a service with high safety and reliability standards of the work you will perform, for this reason Aprflytech offers specialization courses and in-depth regulatory analysis.
COURSE PROGRAM
Duration of 3 hours
At our Aprflytech headquarters, Via Costantino Nigra, 2 Paderno Dugnano from 9:00 to 12:00 in person or Online with video lessons using ZOOM, the updating and deepening of the following topics will be held:

differences between Normal and PRO operator
consultation of maps of regulated areas and request for permits
transaction in A1 and A3 and transaction A2
ATM09 ATZ what has changed, how to ask for authorization from Enac
Operator , Obligations and tasks to be performed
Pilot , obligations and tasks to be performed
Insurance , which one to do? Professional or NOT? Am I always protected if I have an accident?
Contracts , what to insert in order not to incur penalties, liability and compensation from the insurance and customer.
FPV Hobby Flight, where can I fly?
Open mandatory documents to have and registrations to be made
Privacy, data processing, what, where and when to resume whether in a public or private place
APR <250g can also be used in the city and fly over people, Yes! But not always.
